... that the Xmas Radio Times is now £4.90???

£4.90??????? That's 98 shillings in the old money.

I'm staggered! Shock

@alphajuliet123

That’s fantastic, thanks for the list

gillybombilly · 22/12/2018 00:20

£4.90 AND no foldy cover to use as a bookmark - well that’s me definitely out then Angry

You're welcome, it's doing the rounds on FB and I was happy to see it!

FlyMayBaubles · 22/12/2018 00:54

only old people watch TV these days.

Bit age-ist there - not to mention presumptuous! Am not yet an OAP - not that it would matter if I was.

Maybe we are an exception - but we always watch some TV with our DC (21 and 17) over Christmas. Buying the RT Xmas issue and going through it with a highlighter has always been part of our ritual. I just don't understand how something made from cheap paper and full of adverts is so expensive!! It's just not Xmas chez FlyMaybe without a RT, some Cheeselets and Pistachios, and a box of Ferrero Rocher on the coffee table.

Great stuff, thanks Alpha!

FiveShelties · 22/12/2018 09:08

Is that for two weeks?

CarolDanvers · 22/12/2018 09:09

I went for years without buying it, but you miss SO much. I will purchase today and I am actually quite excited about it,

Graphista · 22/12/2018 09:17

Thanks alphajuliet

I had most of the good films on my reminders on app but missed a couple.

I've also screenshot the meme circulating FB that lists the friends Xmas episodes.
