AIBU to refuse insurance offer

We were burgled, all my 22carat gold jewellery is gone!

To compile a list of the lost jewellery I went to an Asian gold shop and asked them with receipts saying carat and weight and photos of me wearing the jewellery over a 30 year period to help me write down all the gold I lost . All my gold was bought abroad. I will call the shop list shop.

I then gave the list to the insurance people called Insurance with the receipts and same photos. Insurance gave the list to evaluators who only deal with English jewellery of which I have none. Evaluators gave the list to valuations who then made the following offers. Valuations have no shop and no actual jewellery they manufacture. They do insurance valuations only.

Valuations have offered to
1 replace gold in weight from one approved shop within 30 days on a 'like to like' basis. (I won't know how much it costs)
2 give me a voucher for £x to spend in a variety of approved indian gold jewellery shops in 18 months. (If the gold price goes up which it is likely to then I won't get the same amount of gold in weight that I lost. )
3 A cash voucher for £x. (This is not likely to be able to buy the same weight and carat of gold that I lost as they get discounts that I don't)

The cash amount they are offering is £8000 lower than the valuation I have from list shop who is one of their approved suppliers. They have offered 10 approved possible shops. I have tried to look at the approved shops which are all far away. On the internet and from their websites where they have them the gold designs are nothing like mine except list shop who is close and has stuff like mine.

List shop has told me that although they can and would give valuations a discount price, it would only be £3000 less than the list price they gave me and not £8000 less as valuations have said. I told that to valuations and they said that it is none of my business how a discount they would get with list shop.

If I am not allowed/supposed to know how much they are paying to list shop then how can I know if they cash sum they have offered me is reasonable in terms of being able to replace all my gold.

AIBU to refuse all offers as it is unreasonable to expect me to replace 30 pieces of jewellery collected over 30 years in one month from one shop or accept a cash sum that is £8000 less than list shops replacement value.

Thank you if you can be bothered to answer!
