There's a code on the page that is added on payment page to get £50 back making it 269

But it keeps saying the code isn't valid.

I have credit available and no arrears.

They told me to place the order and they will sort it out after but I don't trust them as they said that to me years ago with a laptop and then said the cashback was only valid if the code was applied at the time of purchase.

Could anyone just see if the code works at all, for anyone, please?

I rang them and they said the system has taken my BNPL privileges

They said it's not something they decide to do it's an automated system.

I asked them if they could tell me why. I've not pissed payments etc... And they said they have no idea why and can't find out
