To take the tree down tomorrow night?

We had Christmas day at our house on the weekend just gone for various reasons, and once the kids finish school on Friday we’ll be going to stay with family until 5th Jan.

I am so so tired from work and looking forward to the christmas break, but I really don’t want to come back to decs on 5th Jan.

Aibu to take it down tomorrow?!

I’m desperate to take mine down already, it makes the living room look so cramped and untidy. We go away inbetween Christmas and New Year so it’s coming down before we go away definitely!

We were away last xmas and since we'd just had building work done and felt exhausted by the whole process we just never bothered putting them up! I say take them down :)

Why do we care ?

I ve just bought mine today and as I have a real one it will go up Sunday.

I might leave some decs up for the kids but can understand your point of view

We are currently on holiday and didn't even put one up this year. I say do it.

Take it down and stay up a bit late furiously cleaning so you come back to a sparkling clean home.
