I need radio station and time recommendations please

I've been scared into turning off the TV during the day now as I have a 10 month old.

Please could you recommend which radio stations at what time to me?

We love Heart Sussex in the morning after that we’re at work so not sure

I like radio x and xs Manchester, lots of singing along to music of my youth and dd seems to like that (no one else does, I'm tone deaf)

I like BBC Radio London. Vanessa Feltz topical chat on at 7 to 10am. My vocabulary has increased massively since listening to her. I find her a turn off on tv but she is good on the radio, although a lot of the items are London centric.

But my favourite is Jo Good at 1.30pm to 5pm. She has a variety of subjects on, yesterday she did an article about sloths, Laura Ashley demise and shoehorns. A mixed bag for sure. There is music and tel calls. She is a bit bonkers (in a good way), unorganised, informative, funny, with a good turn of phrase, mad on dogs.

She keeps me sane when I listen to her at work. She also has a weekly vlog too called Middle Aged Minx which can be funny especially if her outspoken 94 year old mum is on, or her mate Julian Clary.
