Do you think 31k is a good salary?

It's for a senior-ish admin role in outer London.

For context, I'm 33 and have worked for eleven years in the public sector. I have a bachelor's degree in a humanities subject.

I took a pay cut from 50 to 20k to career change for the sake of job satisfaction and work life balance. I now earn £40k in a job I really enjoy with great hours, flexible working around childcare and little stress. I didn’t need to retrain- it’s not a professional role and I progressed to it through working as a PA initially.
