My heaters seem to be so slow at demisting. I'll wipe and it still doesn't help.

So how do you do yours 🤔

I have had a Fiesta with a heated front screen as a loan car when mine was being serviced. It had half an inch of ice across the windscreen, the garage guy turned on the engine then went to get a bucket of warm water to throw over the windscreen, by the time he return the heating element in the windscreen had taken effect and a windscreen sized sheet of ice had slipped down a couple of inches.

A heated windscreen is an impressive feature, but one that I'd only use maybe once every five years.

I use Mr Muscle glass spray! Doesn't stop it happening but means I no longer have to wait 20 minutes before I can leave every morning!

Does anyone know if any of these things work for morning condensation on windows inside the house?

HariboLecter · 04/12/2018 13:21

@Ninoo25 the Karcher Window vac or a good dehumidifier is best for household condensation.

I have used RainX which is very good.

I imagine you know this - but I had a friend who did it - don't use the recirculate setting on your car heater.
