AIBU to point out the damage

I frequently use Facebook's market place and have had some excellent bargains in the past.

Yesterday my change bag gave up the ghost and I was unable to get to the shops to get a new one. I spotted a nice bag nearby for £10 on the marketplace and contacted the seller.

The bag was described as being in "good condition" but when I got there she pointed out the milk warmer area was damaged. I thought this was no big deal as DS is bf and the bag was a good price despite this.

I've since discovered two other areas of damage - one substantial (large tear in an internal pocket).

I know buyer beware and all that but WIBU to message her and point out this does not constitute "good condition" in my book and tell her to be more honest next time.

I wouldn't bother.

It's annoying more than anything

I think that when selling items second hand (have been used), it’s very open to interpretation as to what “good condition” means. I usually ask about any damage, stains etc in my initial message just to be sure before going any further. Then have a really good look before parting with my cash.
