Baby is 5+ weeks old and suffering badly with reflux.

Prescribed baby gaviscon sachets.

Baby is EBF.

Pharmacist said we need to give baby a bottle 6 times a day with the baby gaviscon mixed in.

I don't want to give a bottle and think there must be a different way of doing it...

Sachet mixed with water on a teaspoon? Or would that taste vile for my boy?

Not sure what to do. AIBU for not wanting to give a bottle?

Another vote for EBF - mixed with tiniest bit of boiling water and try and get it in mid feed. I never mixed up with full water amount I just prayed she would have enough liquid in the milk from her feed to pad it out. I had zero success getting full watered down dose into mine, and to be honest not sure how much it helped. We propped up the crib so she was a lot more upright which I think did help. The laying down flat thing was the worst.
