AIBU to be disappointed in David Walliams

For allowing the hate filled, fake news rag that is the Daily Mail to gain readership by offering a free cd of his children's books.

Why would you be 'disappointed' in him?

The Daily Mail is Britain's most read newspaper and has over 23 million readers per month.

It's also by far and away Mumsnet's most read and linked to newspaper.

It's a no brainer in terms of business decisions.

Interesting to hear the books are shit...I've not actually read one I just understand they are really popular. I suppose being disappointed in someone I don't actually know is totally irrational! Just stems from my overall disappointment that that the DM continues to exist and is so popular and has so much influence, over so many.

I do like the idea this might lose them money.
