Advice please

Hi my daughters pregnant, happy time. She intends to breastfeed. It’s 26 years since I did it at the time the recommended treatment for sore nips was camomile cream which wasn’t great. What worked for you. I’m putting together a mums ‘ support kit’ anything you would have really liked? Tia

I wish I had the support from my mum you give to your daughter!! If you are on facebook there is a group called 'Slow cooked wonders :)' which is absolutely brilliant for batch cooking even if you don't use a slow cooker it'll be great for ideas! Also, I haven't breastfed personally but a lot of people I know advise nipple shields are pretty handy to have if babies have trouble latching/staying latched x
