Finished my pill pack and had my period last week mon-fri during the 7pill free days.

Ever since Monday morning I've had small amounts of brown spotting/discharge and had to wear panty liners all day everyday accompanied w/ cramps & bad nausea. (Especially in the afternoons/evenings).

It's finally seemed to stop today, I'm going to try and get a doctors appointment in the morning as this has never happened before after my period plus the pain and nausea were so bad!

Quick google suggests early pregnancy- surely this can't be as I've just had my period? Also took a test yesterday which came back negative.

Anyone got any suggestions? I'm honestly baffled. I've never had anything like it! Still got a bit of stomach pain at the moment but higher up in my stomach.

I would say there's absolutely nothing to worry about. It's the last bits of menstruation that isn't bright red. The end of it.
Go to GP to put your mind at rest. It sounds normal to me Smile

@Monty27 that's good, I was so concerned as I'd never had that before and it was more painful that the period itself. Thank you.

The pain was your uterus clamping down to expel the bits of blood / tissue that were still there. It's nothing to worry about and certainly no need to see a doctor about. Some women have that at the end of every period for a couple of days.
