Kids birthday party gifts

I can’t find anywhere appropriate so am going with AIBU as I need some help!

DC is 4, lots of friends are turning 5 and already in the last few weeks there have been two birthday parties and there are a few more before Christmas.

What gifts do you all buy? I don’t really want to be spending too much but any ideas I have seem to be £10+. I’ve tried Google and some of the gifts for parties were £60+ 😱 We have a twin party coming up so two presents are needed.

Any suggestions are very welcome.

Orchard ( brilliant brand for that age) do mini games. I saw several different ones at £4.99 each in Tesco recently.

I just put money in a card. £5 for classmates I don't really know of who my daughter isn't close with or £10 for a closer friend. The reason I do this is the amount of presents my daughter ended up with after her 5th birthday party was ridiculous. She had her 7th party for a few close friends recently and the majority put £10 in a card.

If I buy a present I spend about £5. I think I might just put money in the next one though (7th) especially with it being so close to Christmas, they might not want more 'stuff'.
