FRYING roast potatoes...

DP is doing a roast dinner. And has par boiled and is now FRYING the potatoes. He sees no issue here. I'm 3 months pregnant and nearly cried.

I love potatoes in any form. Favourite food.

It was fine. All the rest was great and the potatoes were v good fried potatoes. Not roasties, but it was nice.

Thats how my mum used to make them. They were amazing.

I like fried potatoes but not with a bloody roast. The clue is in the name.

That is actually a method frequently used by chefs. Nothing wrong with it at all.
