To think I’m too young for sprouting chin hairs

Just as the title says really. I’m 35 and have noticed in the last 6 months I’m sprouting thick black hairs from beneath my chin. I try to look out for the buggers to catch them early but this doesn’t seem to happen and I only spot them when they’re a good centimetre long. I thought I’d be about 80 when I had this problem.

I started with the pesky little feckers at 28. I'm now 50 and they show no signs of abating.

I had a couple when I was late 30s,had a baby and grew a small beard and mustache and increased with the menopause.I was going to get them lasered but they started going white and lasering works best on dark hair.
I pluck daily and hope if I ever end up in hospital someone takes pity on me.I like that it became worse just as my near vision decreased making it hard to see them.

I was 16 when I get my first one. I get 28 now Sad

I had no idea they were this common! I’ve been paranoid I’ve been putting people off their lunch with my chin hair. I also have a lovely mole on my face which is extremely hairy, I pluck it daily. Men have it so easy!

26 here and have to pluck my rogue chin hair every month. ☹

I’ve been getting loads since I turned 30 ( years ago). But how the hell do you not notice them until they reach 1cm!!!!??? You need glasses or a better mirror. Mine are tweezed out as soon as they emerge!

If I can give hope to anyone, they may stop! I had one from my early twenties, then two, then in my early thirties they stopped and nothing since!

I had a load, got fed up with wasting time plucking them out with tweezers, had lazer series of treatement about 5 years ago and only had to go back this year. Amazingly works on dark hair, trying to get them completely zapped before I go grey/white.
