You can change settings in your online account-it sometimes defaults to "safe", and you just have to set it to "open" (or whatever it's called). You've probably cleared your cache, or have logged off, or something and got a different ip address.

You might have to call them! My DH had the same thing happen on his phone (though he was just wanting to look at a comedy website which it deemed "adult humour").
