It took me two hours to get tickets
I'm so ridiculously excited.
Such happy memories being care free and loving them.
Anyone here going ?

Victoria was asked, she doesn’t want to do it, apparently according to the other 4 she has said for a long time she’s not interested in it anymore.

QOD · 10/11/2018 16:59

Me me me !!

KnobJockey · 10/11/2018 17:00

Me, and I put up a Facebook post saying almost exactly that too when I got the tickets!

Amanduh · 10/11/2018 17:33

I was OBSESSED. But they just won’t be the same without Posh. It’s like when Geri left. Rubbish.

LucilleBluth · 10/11/2018 17:36

You would have to pay me to watch that shite....I'll get me coat.

singlesall · 10/11/2018 17:39

I think posh is going to do a Wembley date.
Could be wrong

Wonder why they didn't ask Victoria?
Oh I thought she didn't want to. I mean she's the only one that doesn't NEED the money!

Violetroselily · 10/11/2018 20:05

I managed to get the 8 standing tickets thay I wanted within 4 minutes

SO excited

lostinjapan · 10/11/2018 20:21

I didn’t bother, even though Spice and Spiceworld are two of my favourite ever albums, and I’ve seen them live before. I just don’t like the idea of stadium gigs - I don’t like massive crowds or outside concerts, and I imagine you’d have to pay a lot of money to get anywhere close to them. Plus it’s just not the same without all five of them. I’ll definitely be watching a lot of clips on YouTube though!

inlectorecumbit · 10/11/2018 20:33

got in immediately to the site and had them booked and confirmation within 5 mins of site opening.
Christmas present sorted for DD Grin

KitKat1985 · 10/11/2018 20:40

I loved them as a teen, but I'm not sure if it's just that my music tastes have changed slightly in the last 20 years, or that they were 'of their era', but I can't work up the motivation to buy tickets or get that excited about it.

bershetmelon · 10/11/2018 21:09

Got tickets this morning, ridiculously excited, I do indeed feel 8 again Grin

Didsomeonesaybunny · 10/11/2018 21:38

Yay I got some tickets! I am ridiculously excited.

Itsear · 10/11/2018 21:41

Very surprised that these have sold out I was convinced that next to no-one would be interested and it was all hype.

TrashyTerf · 10/11/2018 21:42

Why do we need ticket insurance? Surely if they cancel, they will have to give refunds?

scottishma · 10/11/2018 21:46

Yes!!! Got tickets for Murrayfield and got them in seconds! By 10:32 they were bought and had my confirmation email! Think I was very lucky!

There's a crown of us going- so excited!!

ilovepixie · 10/11/2018 21:51

NOTthe pinkranger I so hope your my sister. I couldn't get tickets I'm gutted!

HomerDancing · 10/11/2018 21:53

I got them ! Paid a small fortune as well !

notangelinajolie · 10/11/2018 21:57

We took 2 very excited little DD's (2 & 4) to see them in the 90's. And again with new addition to the family (3rd DD) for reunion tour in 2000 and something.

We can't afford it this time. Spice girls tickets and a whole lot of other reckless spending meant our credit cards took a bashing and we are still paying it all off.

livingintheedge · 11/11/2018 10:48

I'm glad Victoria is not going. She has made a name for herself in a new field. She's rightly leaving Spice Girls in the past. Anyway, they treated her really shoddily. Whilst she was away at a wedding they divided up all the lines to that 'Tell me what you want' Wannabe song between them, leaving her with none. She was gutted by this and quite rightly. The reputation as 'the one who doesn't sing' stuck. So I am really pleased she became the most famous and successful out of all of them. A rare instance of karmic justice actually happening!
: )

MsLexic · 11/11/2018 10:53

Blimey.

MulderitsmeX · 11/11/2018 10:57

notthepinkranger praying you are my sis! Think the prices are a bit much and couldnt get any - so sad

Wittow · 11/11/2018 11:15

Jess Glynne is the support act in Manchester; she's definitely worth seeing! (seen her 3 times already) but I wouldn't cross the road to watch the Spice Girls.

WTF are they doing it for? It's not as if they need the cash!

Sniv · 11/11/2018 11:20

I'm not a huge fan myself, but I got tickets for my girlfriend for Christmas and I have no idea how I'm going to keep a lid on it until then. She's going to be SO STOKED.

She was so excited when the reunion was announced, but then gutted that the tickets were so expensive at the time of the year when she has no spare cash. She also thinks I tried and failed to get tickets - which is perfectly true - I had the most awful morning on TicketMaster. But what she doesn't know is that I happened to check Twitter just as new dates were announced and snagged a pair.

I can't wait to give them to her. I feel like the little boy in the John Lewis advert.

Member950638 · 11/11/2018 13:42

I got surprised and have tickets too 😁😁
