Sorry to post here but I'm so anxious and nervous and just a bit confused!! I've been an idiot and tested before my missed period. Admittedly I'm addicted. I've had three miscarriages this year, the last being about 2 months ago.

I had my first period post mc and it was awful. Very short but just awful, so painful and I was in bed for days. Not like me at all, mine are usually quite painless luckily.

Fast forward to now and I've been having extremely sore breasts for over a week. I thought I might just be due a mega period again and was preparing myself for that but the little voice in my head kept pecking at me to do a test even though I knew it would be negative. But it's not! It's very clearly positive.

I'm 6 days away from period... And I've been having sore breasts for over a week now.

Can my cycles really be so messed up that I've ovulated practically immediately after my last period or could this be just a dud test?

It's not the brightest positive but for 6 days pre period and considering it isn't even a special early testing one I think it's pretty clear.

I'm so scared that this is real and I will have to go through it all again. And feel like a total fool for not waiting until I was late Sad

AlphaBravo no but I did have bloods drawn which went to zero before my first period so I definitely don't think its that, would be lovely if it were!

I think I must have ovulated really early this month with my cycles being out of whack from mc.

I got a positive 3 weeks after a MC 2 years ago.
I did not have a period inbetween. Pregnancy progressed as normal and I now have a DS.
Congratulations

Bloody Nora. Congrats, OP. I got pregnant after 3 miscarriages. She is now a happy 5 month old. Oh, and get on the baby aspirin (75mg a day) pronto. Really very best of luck to you.

Aww huge congratulations. My positive test straight after a miscarriage was 15 at the start of the month. I was told it’s common to get pregnant straight after a miscarriage as your body is flooded with hormones. I never had a period and we hadn’t tried again just hadn’t avoided.
