I'm getting bored of lime and soda or orange juice and wondered if anyone drinks anything more interesting and non-alcoholic. Thanks all x

J2O is lovely diluted with soda water (a bit too sweet and syrupy on its own)

TheMobileSiteMadeMeSignup · 21/10/2018 18:42

Orange and cranberry juice
Coke
Lemonade
Orange and lemonade
J2O

LoveTheBear85 · 21/10/2018 19:17

Diet coke, orange juice, soda water (sometimes with lime), tea, might have a mocktail if not too expensive (I don't mind paying out for cocktails, but mocktails are a different story!).

adaline · 21/10/2018 19:18

Diet Coke or lemonade normally. Sometimes a mocktail it they have any decent ones available. Or just sparkling water.

Blarneybear · 21/10/2018 19:19

Coffee!

anniehm · 21/10/2018 19:22

Slimline tonic and a squeeze of lime. Sometimes I just have water especially when eating as I can "keep" my drink money (feel less guilty about stuff for me that way).

If I'm out all evening sometimes I have a pint of ale and make it last a couple of hours (I'm naturally tight fisted with money so it comes naturally to sip slowly) then switch to water/tonic.

hammeringinmyhead · 21/10/2018 19:25

While pregnant I've had tonic water, Fentimans rose lemonade, the odd coke, Becks Blue and non-alcoholic Mojitos.

TheEgyptianKing · 21/10/2018 19:33

Pineapple and soda

tigercub50 · 21/10/2018 19:53

Elderflower presse although it does tend to be ridiculously overpriced. In Majorca I had a lovely “ mocktail” which was a non alcoholic version of a pina colada. Have recently bought Asda’s pineapple & coconut juice which is good

champagneplanet · 21/10/2018 20:14

Tea or diet coke, occasionally blackcurrant and lemonade or sparkling water

VioletCharlotte · 21/10/2018 20:17

Water or Tonic water with ice and lemon or Blackcurrant and soda.

Blobby10 · 21/10/2018 20:33

Pineapple juice and soda with lots of ice x or ginger ale/beer

Djnoun · 21/10/2018 20:34

Mocktails, Red Bull if I'm staying out late, or just a nice cold pint of water.

RedPanda2 · 21/10/2018 20:35

Fentimans anything but if you're out for a while it is pricy. I could drink lime & soda all night though and it's so cheap

SweetPeaPods · 21/10/2018 21:49

I’ve recently started some new meds where I need to avoid alcohol. My drinks of choice at the minute are
Sparkling water with fresh lime
Alcohol free beer - some better than others!
Tonic water, elderflower fever tree preferable
Ginger beer
I really miss red wine though, sadly can’t find a decent alcohol free replacement, especially one freely available in pubs etc.

DustyMaiden · 21/10/2018 21:52

Shandy made with alcohol free beer.

Ontheboardwalk · 21/10/2018 22:36

Shandy with alcohol free beer sounds good. I’d not considered this before.

I usually have a pint of shandy then Diet Coke for rest of the night.

This sounds so much better

GoJohnnyGoGoGoGo · 21/10/2018 22:37

Diet cola

Yambabe · 21/10/2018 22:39

Diet coke or water usually.

Ginger beer if they have it, or occasionally a Britvic 55 with loads of ice.

Koppaberg alcohol-free is nice too but not many pubs have it sadly.

Petitepamplemousse · 21/10/2018 22:39

Lime and soda, cranberry and soda, or slimline tonic .

Topseyt · 21/10/2018 22:41

Tomato juice, perhaps with a dash of Tabasco.

SkinnywannabeKBH · 21/10/2018 22:43

Orange cordial, but with lemonade or just a general soft drink like sprite or something.

Petitepamplemousse · 21/10/2018 22:45

@sweetpeapods, it’s not available in pubs but I recommend beetroot juice as a replacement for red wine, available in health food shops. Served chilled. It sounds bizarre but it works for me!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 21/10/2018 22:47

If it's just a drink/drinks J2O
If it's a meal, lime and soda .

I don't drink alcohol , not for many many years ,

SweetPeaPods · 22/10/2018 06:54

petitepamplemousse will give it a try thanks
