Hungover-uneaten McD's burger in car from last night-y/n?

I'm severely hungover, first time going out last night after having my firstborn. DP picked me up and we went through the drive-thru but I passed out before eating it.

Should I or should I not eat the burger that was left in a freezing car all night and morning (without losing any self-respect)? Dp and baby are out, they will never know.

I need carbs and calories!

I would eat it.

davisday · 20/10/2018 14:58

God no.

costacoffeecup · 20/10/2018 15:07

Totally would

costacoffeecup · 20/10/2018 15:08

And then get DP to bring you home another one. And fries.

bellabasset · 20/10/2018 15:11

ugh no I wouldn't fancy it. Toast, coffee and cold water.

peope · 20/10/2018 15:16

It was truly awful and tasteless. Still ate the whole thing and washed it down with a flat sprite Grin.

I've asked dp to bring back a bag of red Doritos and diet coke for dessert!

Yup!
Well, actually I'd probably order a dominoes. Then maybe the burger while I waited 😂

WhentheRabbitsWentWild · 20/10/2018 15:29

I wouldn't , No.

However, perhaps if you put the burger of it in the microwave to at least heat it up I would do

TakeAChanseyOnMe · 20/10/2018 15:32

Definitely yes.

I’ve had a takeaway delivered from a restaurant around the corner when very hungover.

For the PP who left herself a chicken snack - a friend of mine once drunkenly decided to leave herself a chicken pakora on the pillow next to her as a snack for when she woke up. Except she woke up and rolled onto the cold, greasy pakora. Grin

TeeBee · 20/10/2018 15:54

Oooh, I can't think of anything more grim. Tastes like shite when hot, hardly surprising it tastes like shite when cold and congealed 🤮

busybarbara · 20/10/2018 16:05

Yes it's beef and you don't get food poisoning from beef only chicken or pork

ibblebibbledibble · 20/10/2018 16:07

Ewww gross 🤮

TeeBee · 20/10/2018 16:09

What??! Of course you can get food poisoning from beef!

Bootanicbanshee · 20/10/2018 16:11

Ugh grim. I suppose if you already feel like shite with the hangover from hell then eating this crap will make you feel just the same, only for longer. YABU.

CharlotteUnaNatalieThompson · 20/10/2018 16:12

Definitely a yes from me!

I once woke up to a chicken burger on the pillow next to me after a night out brilliant! I dream of that happening to me...

Eliza9917 · 20/10/2018 16:35

I'd have eaten it.

But then when we go mcds we get an extra double cheeseburger or two each and microwave them later. They come out perfectly fine.

Eliza9917 · 20/10/2018 16:37

I once woke up to an open box of large pizza, only one slice eaten.

I ate the rest of it.

Yes, but it’s a common fact that cold pizza is better than hot pizza!

A day old McDonalds is a bit grim though. And I LOVE a McDonald’s. get your DH to go get you a nice fresh one!

Ignoramusgiganticus · 20/10/2018 16:44

Obviously a yes.

PivotPivotPIVOTTT · 20/10/2018 16:49

I got a half pizza from the chippy and dropped it on the carpet in college when I was 18 and hungover. I almost cried, someone said just eat it and so I did.......Envy.
