Not an AIBU, sorry, but interested as to what you'd choose as your last ever meal?

I think mine would be something like pasta. Something basic really. My OH gave a list of about 10 meals Grin

Light hearted really, but I love questions like this.

OP posts:
speakout · 19/10/2018 13:12

Bottle of gin.

I can't eat if I am sad or anxious so no meal would go down well while awaiting execution.

I have plenty favourite meals though.

Calzone · 19/10/2018 13:13

Cheese soufflé with poached pears with a bottle prosecco

Pan fried herb coated lamb with a bottle red wine
Dauphinois potatoes
Broccoli

Banoffi pie

Cheese board and crackers
Port

Coffee and petit fours

I’m vegan but I would have a dirty spicy veggie pizza with real cheese, you know the seriously grim ones you get from kebab shops.

Spiderdemon · 19/10/2018 13:36

Something laced with crazy hard drugs to take the edge off the following morning a bit

mostdays · 19/10/2018 13:38

Chocolate brownies made with canna butter

longwayoff · 19/10/2018 13:38

Oh linda! You'll be chewing your own arm off by 3pmBrewCake. Congratulations. And well done on the chip front, you're a rare creature Smile.

iklboogiemanunderthebed · 19/10/2018 13:50

A perfectly cooked medium rare steak with buttery mash and a creamy peppercorn sauce, heavy on the pepper, with a dash of brandy. Plus a nice red wine.

Chocolatecoffeeaddict · 19/10/2018 14:52

A donner kebab with salad and garlic mayo, and cheesy chips. Followed by a massive bar of chocolate.

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 19/10/2018 14:54

A gin and tonic
Pâté with Melba Toast and a glass of champagne
Steak Béarnaise with a half baguette and a rocket salad. A half bottle of Carmenère.
Cheese plate with a ripe pear and some walnuts.
Black Forest Gateau and a glass of Muscat Beaumes-de-Venise

I've thought about this meal a lot, as you can probably tell...

FabricBug · 19/10/2018 15:48

Can I add some kinder chocolate for pudding

Kazzyhoward · 19/10/2018 15:51

Fish, chips and mushy peas from my village chippie. No contest.

Poodles1980 · 19/10/2018 16:53

Macaroni cheese made with nice strong cheese with sausages and ketchup. Pot of tea and a packet of chocolate Kimberley’s

Disquieted1 · 19/10/2018 16:59

Interesting that people are choosing something they know and like. I'd have something that I'd never had before.

BumDisease · 19/10/2018 17:00

Pizza crunch supper and gravy from the place I first tried one in back in the 90s.

Or a tuna toastie made by my mum. Just don't taste the same made by anyone else somehow.

Chalkhillblu3 · 19/10/2018 17:05

Cocaine

LapinR0se · 19/10/2018 17:05

Fillet steak. Massive king prawns. Meh, maybe some veg. And peppercorn sauce.

BlueJava · 19/10/2018 17:15

Full English breakfast! Runny fried eggs, bacon medallions, fried bread, baked beans, crispy sausage, hash browns. With the best dark black coffee ever. They would wheel me out of there!

Frosty66611 · 19/10/2018 17:18

An amazing gourmet burger with loads of toppings and a side of salty fries with lots of vinegar. I’d then have a trifle and a banoffee pie for pud

Vagndidit · 19/10/2018 17:28

Easy--Some Chicago deep dish pizza with pepperoni, chicken pad thai, snow crab legs with melted butter, mutter paneer with naan and a side of chips. Hot fudge sundae with peanuts for dessert.
