To be totally pissed off with woman

So over 4 months ago I accepted an offer on my house, we were due to complete end of September and at the last minute my buyer decided she wanted a full structural survey, it is an old property so I do understand, however her timing was bad. Up until this point I have been tolerant. However it has now been nearly a week since she had the report and she has cut off all communication with EA and solicitors, not returning any calls. I am 99% sure nothing sinister will show up. I have however found out there is a court order to sell her family home and her buyers are now in B and B because her Shenanigans. I am in limbo and so cross with her, this going to turn to shit isn't it?

Funny nightmare isn't it. I left her a message and text this morning but she has not replied. I feel so stressed think my head might explode.

In that case it would be ultimatum time for me. Leave another message saying if you haven't heard from her in 24 hours you will consider the sale to have fallen through and will be re-enlisting your property. Tell your estate agent to deliver the same message and have your solicitor inform her solicitor of same.

I believe her buyers have given her 24 hours or they are pulling out, so the chain will collapse. I have already told the EA to start marketing the property.

That's such a shame. I hope you find a new buyer soon.

Oh well. She has pulled out from the purchase and seems she has been stringing all along. Not happy, would I BU to ask her for the copy of the survey her reasons were nothing to do with the survey results btw.
