I do this. Dh tells me off, my colleague tells me off - I really struggle to stop.

I have stupidly dry lips, using Blistex is the only thing that makes a difference. If anyone has any answers I would love to hear them.

The best lip balm imo is the body shop hemp one.
You could wear a rubber band on your wrist. Every time you want to pick your lips give it a twang.

Picking is such a terrible habit of mine and I suffer with really dry lips too. Nothing helps. I was actually picking at mine as I scrolled past your post, without even realising it. I'm definitely going to try the lip balm recommendation - I feel like I've tried everything and nothing helps!

I’ve done this since I was a child. You do it without realising. No idea how to stop!

Picking with your nails or your teeth?

Ouch
I have bliss exfoliating stuff witch is fab then use the balm so stops lips from getting dry as it’s so bloody sore and then balm or lipstick/gloss looks awful on your lips.
