To be on here when I have no children

I don't have children, I don't want children, I'm not trying to conceive and I've never been pregnant and if I ever fell pregnant I'd be absolutely horrified. I'm not married or in a relationship either. Yet here I am!

I'm a Daily Mail reader and some of the articles that spilled onto there I found either hilarious or intriguing. I eventually came on here because I needed some reassurance on the difficult stage my life is at and I had some amazing responses (thank you). I've also asked for travelling advice, difficult sibling advice etc. I'm still on here because I bloody well love a bit of gossip and I like to read about other people's lives and I've also offered advice to others and tried to help them.

I'll scroll past the TTC and breastfeeding threads because let's be honest they don't mean anything to me but if I see a friendship thread, bridezilla or cheeky fucker etc I'm straight in there! 👀 the recent lady who has now (thank fuck!) stopped free babysitting for the daughter of her 'friend' is a personal favourite!

My cousin thinks it weird that I'm on MN when I don't have children! Is there anyone else on here child free by choice I can't be the only one?!

Do an advanced search, OP. There have been loads of threads by childless and childfree women saying the same thing. There is a small but significant minority of women without children on Mn.

I’d rethink your Daily Fail Reading, though. Studies suggest it lowers your IQ by ten points every time you click on the Sidebar of Sleaze and Sideboob.

I've wondered about this since I joined.

I didn't do that until I'd have my dd as I figured the clue was in the title.
I'm glad it's not just breasts, babies and beyond though. I have been made aware of so much stuff since starting.
