To ask you to help me work out what this rash is?

I’ve had it for about a month- little red itchy bumps on my hands that come and go but they are noticeably worse today.
I sometimes get the odd one on my fingers/wrist but they are mainly focused on the area shown in the picture.
A clear fluid comes out when they are popped, but I try not to as this seems to make it more itchy!
I’ve been to the drs 3 times in the last month, mainly because my daughter has also developed a rash on her arms (but they have diagnosed this as eczema and it doesn’t look the same as mine.)
At first they thought mine was contact dermatitis but after treating it with hydrocortisone cream and wearing gloves for cleaning/washing etc it hasn’t improved.
So I went back and they suspected scabies so our whole family was treated head to toe, I washed every item of clothing, bedding, towels etc at 90c - anything that couldn’t be washed (soft toys, sofa cushions etc was bagged up for a week.) Again the rash didn’t improve after that time, so I was told to do the treatment again just in case.
I’m driving myself mad thinking I have scabies as it’s so itchy but I have no track marks, it’s not spreading to any other part of my body and my husband and son don’t have a rash so it’s unlikely.
Please help!

Dh normally presents in symmetry and can be mistaken for pompholix (I say from bitter experience Hmm)

Hands, feet and scalp are common sites

I wish I had a better camera as I don't think my picture is showing the rash to its full extent. They are basically random red itchy spots on my hands that come and go, but for the last month I've had at least 12-20 on each hand at one time. Right hand is always worse than the left hand (I'm right handed) Never had anything like this before.

Better photo of the worst part of the rash (in between thumb and wrist) on my right hand.

Funnily enough- in the last 2 hours since I’ve been back home from work, 3 new itchy bumps have appeared on my forearm. In that time I’ve ate dinner, wiped down my daughters high chair, bathed the kids. All the same things I’ve always done with all the same products I’ve used for years. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have had eczema in the past where clear fluid comes out the bumps, you might just need a stronger hydrocortisone cream. Eczema is hit and miss with what cream works for different people, what works for one will make another's worse. Epaderm ointment helped my sons eczema loads.

I had something similar about a year ago. I used a perfume that I’d used tons of times before and ended up with that rash in my wrists. Pharmacist said they could give steroid cream but I decided to just wait it out. It took a good number of weeks to disappear completely. It was very odd as like I said, I’d used the perfume many times before. So, it could be something you’re using that you’ve used before and been fine with.

Ok thanks all, I will go back to the drs/pharmacy on Monday for further advice/treatment.
