To ask how many hours you spend

On your phone in a day? The new iOS 12 update has a feature which tells you how long you are spending on it. I have to say my results are an eye opener! Today so far, I have looked at it for a total of 3 hours, and I usually spend most of the night on it too. I feel a bit sick at this, I knew it was a lot, I didn’t think it was this bad!

It’s in Settings > Screentime

It tells you how many times you pick up your phone too. 62 for me yesterday!

To be fair I check my model portfolio which is online, and also Dropbox for images back
Then at work I use it as a calculator, to google addresses, and can also use it in downtime to browse the internet

I haven’t got pick up amounts.

I don’t want to update my IOS now!!
Far, far too much. It affects my working from home too . I love going away to places with not signal and WiFi!
