To think if I ordered a wrap with cheese I probably wanted the cheese in the wrap?

But WHY DO THEY DO THIS? 9 times out of 10 I get a nice chicken and halloumi wrap. Every once in a while I get a deconstructed wrap. Why, just why.

I would bet that the server when taking your order put it into the till/computer wrong.
Instead of putting the halloumi as an addition/alteration to the wrap they added it as a extra/addition just on the order, so it was like an extra side.

I think they put the teabag on the side so the customer can choose how long to let the teabag sit.

Reminds me of this Tweet from a while back...

I now no longer order cappuccino in east London. Every single time I do it is presented to me like something out of a toy chemistry set with separate beakers/jars for milk; water etc.

I’d be furious if I was given a deconstructed cappuccino - part of the art of coffee is how it’s poured into the cup. I am not there to do that!

I asked for a jacket potato with cheese and tuna, cheese on first (specifically said so the cheese can go all melty on the potato)
I got a pile of cheese on the plate with the jacket potato sat on top

Yes, unless you ask for the teabag on the side it should be in the water.
