allineed it sounds like you could do with kicking your arsehole partner into touch rather than losing weight.

Sew a little pocket of fabric on back of old t-shirt and insert tennis ball for the snorer to wear - works wonders!!! It has been a bit of a life saver for us!

@Dandybelle Dh also does the arm above the head thing. Pick it up gently and drop it on his head...2 birds 1 stone 😂
