To be completely jealous of my DD who has bought jeans with proper pockets

I loathe how clothing manufacturers seem to think women don't need pockets and give us jeans with pockets you can barely stuff a tissue in.

DD has just bought jeans from Bon Marche that have real pockets. I mean REAL pockets. Her way too big phone literally disappears down into her front pocket with room to spare. Her hand fits in there up to the wrist.

I want those jeans.

Straight leg jeans don't suit me. Shame.
I never considered mens skinnies before, though. Must remember to look.

Bought mens straight jeans from primark the other day-giant pockets and not a bad fit!

Good marketing ploy to try and make women buy a handbag, ey?

I am convinced that jeans with no pockets are just a clever marketing scheme by the handbag industry to sell more bags🙄

I’ve got some joules and Levi’s, both with ample front and back pockets. I find jeggings type jeans often don’t have them.

I went to Bon Marche. Their jeans just don't work for me , I had such high hopes but they were either baggy on the arse or felt weird - they're all made of a strange stretchy thin denim rather than the robust proper denim I'm used to.

Men's jeans just don't fit me well, if they fit my hips they're huge on the waist.

I feel your pain. I wanted some denim shorts that covered my butt cheeks and pockets. None available so resorted to men’s. Nice length and lots of big pockets

Bon Marche jeans are the only ones I found to fit me a few years ago, so now I always buy them. They don’t last that long - about 6 months before the inside leg seam starts wearing away - but they fit me great and yes, I like the pockets!

Argh, they only go down to a size 10 :(

I recently bought a skirt from H&M and it has huge pockets. I bloody love it. I've just bought a skirt with pockets from Zara - thanks to the MN poster who pointed out a dress with pockets from Zara back in the summer.
