It's all so fucking depressing. Everything seemed quite sensible a few years ago and now it's all so mad and self-inflicted country ruining. Arghhhhh. Now I can't even do a paragraph to neatly order the other things that should fuck off; tights, dark evenings, PE kits, breakfast, young girls hiding under layers of make up, fucken Farage...

Oh, but tights are good and hide my blue legs. Agreed that tights are good. See a GP if your legs are actually blue, though Shock.) OP, what's your beef with tights, ffs?

Have gone to bed to cuddle a cat in protest. Grin

YANBU. Especially about tights. Those fuckers never stay up and I end up walking around with their crotch bit rubbing my inner thighs. I’m fat enough and can do my own fucking chafing, thank you. And fuck Mumsnet for not letting me do paragraphs. WTF is up with that?!

Amen to all of this. As I watched George W speaking at John McCain’s funeral, I found myself wondering why he was ever thought of as dumb. Confused

And yes, yes to Gordon Brown et al. Listening to them now i find them soothing.

And another thing. Why is everyone, politicians included, so angry. Everyone’s so angry. And look at the Labour Party conference right now. MPs with bodyguards, people Slinging insults left right and centre.

I’d love to read a sociological analysis of what’s going on as maybe if I understood I’d be less bewildered.
