whats happened to paragraphs

I have made a few comments on different threads this evening and not been able to start a new paragraph when I want to , ( like now ) a few others have commented on it too ( and now ) Does anyone know what is going on ? I am using my lap top to write this , is there the same issues on phones / PCs . (and now ) Where are the grammar police when you need them ?

There’s a couple of threads in Site Stuff on this, MNHQ have replied that they are trying to work it out.
Return still seems to work on the app, and I am currently using the dictation function on my iPad in Safari - this is how:

Might be worth checking whether the device you’re using has a dictation function and whether it works for this. If you are making a long post, cut and paste from Word /Pages seems to retain line break formatting.

I think I can do them. I seem to be wrong. Typing on my kindle is not the easiest but to not have paragraphs is so wrong.
