I had this on toast for supper.

My DH took one look at it and said “ that’s grounds for divorce” Grin

Obviously he a knob, and has no taste and I should LTB!

I have never had this but now I REALLY want one

steppemum · 24/09/2018 12:27

it has peanut butter in it, so it is a no from me

(seriously that stuff just sticks to you mouth yeeuurgh)

Now, if you want a sweet and salty, marmite, golden syrup and cheese.
delish

Sounds yum. I like marmite and peanut butter together. First heard of that combination from Simon Mayo on Radio 2. I tried it and I liked it. Will try with banana!

Cheese, cucumber and marmite also sounds good.

Marmite, golden syrup and cheese not so much.

Esssa · 24/09/2018 12:32

Are you my OH? He mixes things like that. Also likes pb and Branston pickle on digestive biscuits Confused No one with a nut allergy would be safe in our house. The jam, Branston and marmite are all contaminated!

Shantotto · 24/09/2018 12:34

I have marmite and peanut butter all the time! I will try with banana!

I like marmite Philadelphia and whole grain mustard on toast. Mmmm!

onlygirlinthehome · 24/09/2018 12:40

I have this it's yummy. Might have it now for lunch. GrinGrin

Inertia · 24/09/2018 12:48

Marmite toast is food of the gods.

Banana and peanut butter can do one.

Inertia · 24/09/2018 12:50

Also yabu because now I want marmite toast even though I have just eaten a tomato and cheese toastie...

StartingGrid · 24/09/2018 12:52

Marmite and egg is food of the gods, I am going to have to try the OP's suggestion though in the name of research!

Starstruck2020 · 24/09/2018 13:03

That sounds absolutely disgusting! But maybe I’ll try a little bit in the corner next time I have peanut butter and banana. Dies it matter if I’m in Aus and we only have VegemiteCheesyBite? Or is that just too far?

Starstruck2020 · 24/09/2018 13:04

I do love Vegemite and avocado. Yum

Goodiebagh · 24/09/2018 17:52

Ive done it before and its fine!

ethelfleda · 24/09/2018 17:52

YABU! Away with you!

NotUmbongoUnchained · 24/09/2018 17:56

I used to make peanut butter and banana milkshakes with ice cream. But then we all got fat Grin

BikeRunSki · 24/09/2018 18:04

I love all three of those individually, and in combos of 2 (actually maybe not M and B), but can’t quite get my head round all 3. Do you need to POAS OP?

Andro · 24/09/2018 18:35

I agree with your (very astute) DH; fortunately, my own DH agrees. DS, on the other hand, has just shrugged an said 'it's food'.

tillytrotter1 · 24/09/2018 18:46

If I had to comment on OH's choices of condiments we would not have just marked our 50th anniversary! Cold sausage left over from breakfast, cold mushy peas from Friday night's chippy tea and piccalilli made up his lunchtime snack on Saturday!

mrbob · 24/09/2018 23:42

Well I just tried it and it was bloody awesome. The banana means I can pretend it is healthy

user1469081203 · 25/09/2018 01:24

sounds yum. I am going to try this.

penisbeakers · 25/09/2018 01:25

I like all of those things, but I'm not sure i want them all together.

LadyB49 · 25/09/2018 01:37

I always have banana and marmite on toast. Haven't tried it with the peanut butter...... Yet.

bitchwitch · 25/09/2018 02:33

whatever floats your boat.pb and bacon is my downfall.the dog keeps trying to steal them.

Aintnothingbutaheartache · 25/09/2018 02:39

I love banana, I love marmite and I really love peanut butter but all three together is just too much. Cheese and jam on toast is good mind

AGHHHH · 25/09/2018 07:21

I need diarrhea just reading this so YABU.
