Boring Parking CF'ery (diagram included)

Long time user but had to make a new account as I keep forgetting my login detailsBlush

I'm ready to be told I'm BU because it's a public road and anyone can park there. I'm not bothered about the parking itself per se, it's the fact that ever since I've installed CCTV my neighbour's have taken it upon themselves to plonk their car in front of my house 24/7. They never did this before. I've actually seen them park up, get out and then move it further forwards in front of my house away from theirs whilst looking at the camera to make sure it's in the right spot (my camera beeps when it detects motion, don't worry I'm not stalking themGrin). There is enough space for one car outside each house and then there's a shared drive round the back with spaces for more cars. 3 of the 8 houses also have garages, one with space for 2 cars. They're clearly doing it to use my CCTV instead of getting their own as there is always space for them to park outside their house.

I've included a diagram as an actual photo would be too revealing. I hope it highlights the CF'ery well! The red circle is what my CCTV can see so parking anywhere else on the road is useless to me. I've been unable to park my car outside my own house and use the security measures as intended for the past 4 months. We live on a sharp bend that is also used by factories to load/unload lorries and parked cars can be easily damaged/crashed into. Other NDN on the diagram suffered a bad hit and run so we both got cameras installed. AIBU to confront them and say they should park outside their own house when there's space and get their own CCTV? I wasted lots of money to make sure their vehicle is secureConfused

Could you tell them in passing conversation it's a fake camera and it doesn't record but you put it up to deter intruders.
They may then go back to their old parking ways if they think there is no extra security to their car.
