I've lived in my house for 4 months. Bear with me as I'm not sure how exactly to word this....
When we moved in the neighbours son was in my son's nursery, so we said hello. Not much more.
We moved in with our cat, he was about 8 months old then. The neighbour said she was getting 2 kittens in a few weeks.
Anyway about 2 months later I heard meowling at the back gate, and thought it was out cat wanting to come in.
When I went to look I saw the neighbours 2 kittens in the back lane crying.
I immediately knocked on my neighbours door and said 'oh I think your kittens have escaped, they are in the lane' she just said 'aw ok' and sent her teenage son to get them.
Anyway later that day my DP said to me that he thinks she deliberately threw them out....(I tend to agree to be honest)
Roll on today and I am sure I've just seen one of her kitten in the middle of the road trying to eat bread, looking really skinny and unkempt. I tried to go out with food, but it ran off.
I'm really concerned she has just thrown them out and that's it. They are being left to fend for them selves. They would only be about 6 months.
Should I report her to the RSPCA or is there anything I Can Do?
