Would I be U to make a gp appointment?

Sorry posting here for traffic as I have only got a short amount of time before the afternoon appointments are released.

I am pretty sure I have a uti. I constantly need to pee and have a dull ache low down on my abdomen. It came on yesterday and I have been trying to treat at home with drinking tons and tons of water. This morning I came over very faint on the school run, and since have felt quite unwell. Just checked my temperature and I have a mild fever.

Would you see the gp or just continue to drink loads and hope it goes on it's own?

It is possible, but if so too early to test I think. So surely that couldn't be it.

Feeling quite low. I already have two delightful health conditions, pcos and ehlers danlos syndrome. I surely can't be unlucky enough to have something else causing me problems too. Fed up.

I don't understand this - if you're unwell you should see a doctor. Don't worry about taking up their time. Emergencies are given other appts so someone else with something minor would just get your a lot anyway
