To have lunch when men are working in my house

That's it basically, i have workmen in doing a job that's likely taking all day.
What's the etiquette in terms of lunch?
I have made them tea but do i need to offer lunch if I'm eating it?
I was going to eat leftovers from last nights dinner so there isn't actually enough.

They will be passing through the kitchen every time they go out to get stuff from the van etc
So I can't eat secretlyBlush

I know I don't have to feed them, I know they will sort themselves out but i can never eat if I have workmen in the house as I always feel rude because I'm not offering them any

I had workman over for three months
I brought them their own kettle! It worked a treat. The kitchen remained my haven.
I would buy them couple of packets of biscuits a week.

Worked well

I never had anyone working in the house all day, but I also never felt any guilt, or anything remotely resembling what you describe. If I wanted to eat, I ate. I offered them tea and coffee.
