Ayda field on xfactor

Is it just me or does she not seem to fit on the panel? Im not sure why she was signed. In saying that I think this may be one of the worst x factor judging panels ever.

I usually can't stand RW but have found myself thinking he's actually quite nice. Ayda seems a bit plastic to me and I'm not sure why. Nerves? Whatshisface from One D is bland and Simon is just a self conscious div.
