Or just remove the top and ok to cook?

Mouse with okra tail

Aintnothingbutaheartache · 11/09/2018 01:50

Exactly delph

scrivette · 11/09/2018 07:40

The furry bit at the top is shaped like a mouse!

MenaMecca · 11/09/2018 23:47

Threw them away but I still can't see the mouse!

Take off the stem, use the rest.
When the actual veg part goes bad the skin turns brown in expanding spots, and the flesh goes sort of stained. Those are absolutely fine.

MrsJonSno · 12/09/2018 00:24

I assume this is a joke? Why eat something that’s mouldy?!?

9amtrain · 12/09/2018 03:47

No it's just wearing a wooly hat. Confused

DBN1 · 12/09/2018 04:06

Jeez no wonder there's so much food waste!
I've just seen that you've thrown the lit away OP, it would have been perfectly fine to eat Sad Next time maybe store your fresh food correctly?

HappenedForAReisling · 12/09/2018 05:23

Noooo! The cut photos looked absolutely fine!

Monty27 · 12/09/2018 05:29

Haha the first pic indeed looks like a mouse is on top. And even the mouse doesn't look too healthy. Smile
I wouldn't eat a veg that had gone seedy. Shock

BusterGonad · 12/09/2018 05:55

Ain't you are funny (first post made)

BusterGonad · 12/09/2018 05:56

This one 🤣

DunesOfSand · 12/09/2018 06:17

I'd have cut a decent sized chunk off the top, and cooked with the rest.
