That’s it really... my son is 11 months old and goes to bed at 7pm. Between 7.30 and 8.30 most evenings, there are children screaming and shouting at each other (as loud as their voices will go) right outside my son’s window. It was wakes him up, they hear him screaming then disperse. Aibu to want to go outside and tell them to keep the noise down? I don’t know who their parents are so I can’t go round etc. I just want to know aibu as it’s early but the noise they are making I think should be considered anti social at any time. The kids must be around 10 or 11.
