To serve DC soup for tea?

Planning to make a nice vegetable soup for DC to have for tea, with bread/toast. They will have fruit and maybe yogurt for afters. Would you say this is filling enough or should I add something else? One has packed lunch and the other two have school/nursery cooked lunch if that makes a difference.

We had soup tonight with plum crumble and custard for afters. Proper autumn food.

YANBU soup for tea is more than adequate.

MrMaker5 beans in a bap?? Beans in a BAP?! Confused Do you eat it like beans on toast with a knife and fork, or pick it up and eat it like a sandwich/ bap?

Leek and potato with bacon today, just cooking now so I can reheat it for DC tea later. Smells divine! Doing another big batch so can freeze a portion for next Monday too.
