AIBU to go totally TMI but could do with advice from some medical types

So...nearly name changed and apologies in advance for this being TMI central

I have Lichen Sclerosis (yaay). It's been bad lately and although I have Dermovate cream it's not touching it. I've also had a lot of clear, watery discharge. Going for a wee is like peeing acid. It's not good.

Anyway, I had a look down there with a mirror to see how bad it was, where to get the cream etc and I noticed that my fanjo looked like it was falling out. I can see what I think is my cervix and the inside looks like it's full of intestines or something (sorry - told you it was TMI)

I assume I've had some sort of prolapse. I'm really upset and feel gross. I have had continence issues which have been getting worse lately. I have a six year old who was on the 99 percentile for head size and weight and was yanked out with forceps so things haven't been right since then, but basically my fanny looks like a mineshaft that has collapsed.

If there are any medical types could you possibly advise me as I am freaking out.

Do I wait till Monday to see my GP or do I go to a walk in? Will I need surgery? If so, is it a long waiting list (I know no one can answer that).

Will I go back to normal? Can I have sex now / ever again? Is there anything other than dermovate for the lichen.

I;m embarrased to go to a doctor given the lichen (but obviously I'll still do it)

Thank you. Sorry it's a bit grim

Things are ok here. Health wise I'm fine (after a wisdom tooth incident) but I'm looking for a new job cos that's a bit shit at the moment. Could be much worse though!

Really great to see you. Cannot believe kittenboy is SIX!! Mind you, my oldest is now in second year at uni ffs where dos time go. How's everything with you apart from this? X

Ahh I'm glad things are ok with you RJ. Good luck with the job hunting!

2nd year at uni - noooooooo! What's he studying? I just cannot believe how quickly time goes and how fast they grow up.

Had great news today - prolapse is v v minor and some physio and exercises should see me right (squuuuueeeezzzze). I am HUGELY relived. And feel a bit silly for getting so upset :)

Other than my fanjo things are really good. :) It's nice to hear from you Thanks

Aw that's amazing news. Just keep clenching!

All kinds of science - chemistry and geology mostly. No idea where it came from or what the long term pan is but hey...

Really happy to have seen you and that your health is not as bad as feared. Flowers

Glad things aren't so bad as you feared.

Re the LS - is but a tub of the thick hydromol cream. It's like a thick Vaseline - use it morning and night - it really helps. You can buy it OTC. There is a super steroid cream too that I forget the name of but will look up tomorrow.
