To want to stay in bed all day & do bugger all?

I just can't get my act together today.

I want a day off from life.

Anyone else feeling like this/sometimes feel like this?

Hoping it's not just me!

I started the day off with forced super good intentions, to declutter and clean. I’m half way through decluttering, house looks a billion times worse than when I started, and I’m out of steam. I wish I hadn’t started!

My DTs (7 months) are currently asleep, but it’ll soon be time for another round of changing/feeding/playing.

DD15 is in PJ's on the computer. I'm not going to push her to do anything she's just back a school this week think the early morning were a shock to the system after 6 weeks of lazing around.

I went to my sports' training this morning. Usually we go as a family as the DC have sports too and DH goes for a run but the DCs' clubs haven't started yet so I went alone...the house was silent but for 3 sets of snores when I left at 08.45 this morning. Did a quick supermarket shop on the way home. DH had left me some of their late breakfast to eat for lunch. DH is working on his laptop, DC are in the pool, and I am lazing on the sofa. Need to get up and do some marking soon.

Enjoy your day OP. I've often wondered what it'd be like to have a duvet day, but the guilts get the better of me when I imagine everyone else up, out and about or being busy

I'm currently sitting in the bath with a glass of prosecco celebrating my 30th in peace whilst my Husband entertains the kids. I'm in heaven!!!!

I have to shift myself to the kettle then shop soon for tea and chocolate respectively :(

Dh has taken ds swimming and is now doing the weekly shop. He's also done a washing.

I took dd to town this morning (far more gruelling) so I'm treating myself to the rest of the day in bed.

What to watch ...

Season 2 of Atypical or Ozark or one of the new films on Prime. Let me see.
