I have a crush on a home near me

I am obsessed with a property fairly local to me! I cannot afford the place but obviously if I won the lottery I would immediately put an offer in. I actually live in rented accommodation and have never bought a property... would I BVU to book a viewing? I assume I probably would... but just in case I thought I'd ask here if it's possible to not too unreasonable to literally snoop in while it's up for sale?!

Some of the estate agents we contacted to arrange viewings asked us if we had a mortgage in principle before they would arrange an appt to view.

Don't forget - if it's a flat there might be a monthly/annual charge for repairs on top of the actual cost.

@Sleepyslops it's Hamptons so they probably would and that would stop me 😂

I clean top to bottom twice a week, the bathrooms and kitchen are done every day. I'm not in the habit of cleaning for the sake of it.

Ahh, I love a good listing where there’s lots of pics!

If it’s a one off then why not? Particularly if it looks vacant.
