To be pissed off when people cross the road at a red light?

Especially when you're standing there with your DCs waiting patiently for the light to go green, and your DCs are confused as to why some people cross the road on a red light?

I cross on a red sometimes when I am
WITH my children. I have told them that as an adult I am able to judge when it is safe to cross.
They have also been told that just because there is green man it doesn't mean it's safe to cross

YABU, unless this is a joke?

More annoying (IMHO) are people who press the button when the road is clear and then walk across anyway! Invariably by the time the green man lights up some poor driver has to wait as nobody crosses>

What confusion?

"Mum, why isn't that person waiting for the green light?"

"Because they're not following the green cross code, which is dangerous, isn't it?"

No point in being pissed off at other people. It's a waste of energy.
