As an Advocate of Privacy (hence my username), I'm here to advise individuals of my personal views regarding the social difficulty of privacy invasion , many currently face. I've opened this account because I read an open conversation, which is now over a year old. "Neighbours can hear all of my conversations." People should not be using your domestically social vulnerability, to aid them in a campaign of harassment, bullying and intimidation. Shame on them, but rejoice that they cannot be very happy people. Neighbours targeting you this way, could also hear conversations that aren't shouted with a glass to the wall, or maybe even their own floor (in the case of flats). If others can hear you by ANY means, they should try talking to you about, what they hear, instead

Why have you messaged me? Slightly bizarre behaviour Hmm

FloydWasACat · 13/08/2018 13:58

Say whaaaa...Whirly???

FloydWasACat · 13/08/2018 14:03

Privacy has a lot of different meanings and applications. I genuinely don't know what point you are trying to get across. Obviously sharing personal info is silly but I don't get the link between that and you posting on a year old thread about neighbours listening in on conversations: completely different ball games in completely different parks. Therefore, I will ask again, what exactly are you trying to get across?

WhirlyGigWhirlyGig · 13/08/2018 14:43

Floyd this really is the most bizarre and slow moving thread I've ever commented on. And yes, a message saying just this
"The importance of privacy" , honestly I think the op might be having a moment 🤔

FloydWasACat · 13/08/2018 14:55

I agree. Very strange thread! Grin

FloydWasACat · 13/08/2018 14:56

...and message!!!

strawberryHaribo · 14/08/2018 20:02

I'm so drunk it almost makes sense

Privocate · 18/08/2018 20:27

I wonder if I know any of you personally? We only use our usernames. Just some random thoughts. We could all be neighbours. Hmm

Or as I first encountered it:

You remind me of a man
What man?
A man with a power.
What power?
The power of hoodoo.
Hoodoo?
You do.
Do what?
Remind me of a man
...

Rinse and repeat ad nauseam

I'm just a rare fossil, who has become disillusioned by the seemingly meaningless nature of everything, regarding CHAV Culture. Never mind Confused

ChateauRouge · 21/08/2018 11:19

Erm. That's not a very nice thing to say.

Presumably people you consider chavs are entitled to their culture and privacy, same as anyone else?

Lightsong · 21/08/2018 11:47

What exactly is going on here?

iloveparties · 21/08/2018 12:12

Are you a chav? @Privocate

FloydWasACat · 21/08/2018 18:03

It gets even more confusing!!
