To please ask for help re flight delay

Wouldn’t normally claim, but delay was about 8 hours Not confident in going through travel agent as not helpful If I claim through resolver or Martin Lewis link , do I get charged? Thanks!

Everyone was half pissed though as they gave us tons of vouchers.

I just wrote to the airline a couple of times requesting my compensation under the appropriate EU reg, the second being a 'letter before action' and when they still refused I opened a claim with the small claims court. Had my compensation within a couple of weeks.

The airlines will try it on, so don't let them put you off.

That's why we went with martin Lewis, he got more than they were offering by about 75 euros.
