To ask for help understanding a police incident report?

I've received some information from the police about an incident but I'm struggling to understand it because of all the coding/abbreviations they have used to record what happened. I'm wondering if there may be a friendly police officer or 999 call handler about who would be able and willing to help me 'translate' the information for me?!

I was a civilian (or police staff). Happy to have a go if you like.

You may need to specify which force though as different forces use different abbreviations and terminology?
