I don't think it's fair to pile on @Fuckingnamechanging - we can't help what we are sensitive to. But like the op said unfortunately in life we can't get trigger warnings. I've came across a few videos that autoplayed on Facebook and I felt violated (only saw about 5 seconds, but that sure can be enough).
I think if we can be respectful of others sensitivities and not put them in a position where they don't know what they are reading on Mumsnet would be a good idea though, as Mumsnet can be a safe space for women that have gone through traumas.
