What colour is this beard?

Beard owner stubbornly declares "it's brown!" yet quite blatantly it's a beautiful shade of ginger.

Verdict?

Would he accept auburn?

My husband's very blond but even his beard has ginger bits in it!

my husband's beard is very dark, with some lovely grey streaks.
But my dad, who is fair, has a lovely tabby cat beard with patches of brown, ginger, blonde and grey.

All (clean) beards are good beards imo.

My husband’s hair is darkish brown with no red at all but his beard is 100% ginger. When he grew a beard there was a very clear line between head hair and beard hair. It looked very odd

My DH is half Chinese and has very dark hair, but his beard still has a fair bit of ginger in it.

I read somewhere that if a man has a ginger beard it means he's carrying one copy of the ginger gene. I was kinda hoping one of my kids would be ginger but I don't think I carry the gene.
