Toddlers!

Aibu to suggest that if you have two small toddlers that are fascinated by things you don't want them to touch I.e remote controls, you put them out of their reach?
Not just remotes but delicate ornaments, tech gadgets etc.
Would you leave them where they are, within reach and go through daily hell of trying to find them/ fix them/ dig them out from behind sofa or simply put them a little higher so they can't be reached?

Yanbu. It's just plain sense, although sometimes life gets in the way or the more everyday items get moved back within reach by those who are less diligent...

YANBU We do this. Although two weeks later they've either grown tall enough to reach or have upgraded their climbing skills and we have to find somewhere new to hide things. Eventually we discover some things aren't important and either put them away completely or get rid of them.

YANBU but don’t tell that to my MIL who spends each second with her toddler grandchildren gasping in horror when they head towards her easily accessible (and easily moveable) hideous tat precious ornaments.

YANBU. We cleared all of our surfaces as soon as DS was able to reach them. Good thing I like the minimalist look!

YANBU. Anything in reach of my toddler I don’t really give a stuff about so happy if he explores it or breaks it. Anything else is way up high!
Only thing I constantly fail at leaving up high is the tv remote... it gets hidden from me and drives me mad on a daily basis as DS has worked out that I bribe him to tell me where he put the damn thing!
